Introduction

Life is tough to manage sometimes. It can be hard to deal with the challenges it brings. Know that you are not alone in this! Whether you’re wanting to heal the chaos resulting from substance abuse, yearning for relief from anxiety or depression, having a hard time liking or accepting yourself, or looking to improve your relationship(s), know that change can happen! My work focuses on helping clients build upon their strengths to better navigate through the challenges they are facing so they can live their more preferred life. I am committed to helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues find a way out of the pain and into the life they want. I also work with couples and families to improve their communication with one another, find healthy ways of supporting one another, and explore and implement changes they desire in their relationships. Every person’s experience is important and unique. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
