Introduction

It is my passion and privilege to work with people who have experienced traumatic events such as emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, domestic violence, loss, betrayal, or anyone who has undergone events that have led to feelings of hopelessness, depression, and anxiety. Together, we can explore the things that may be causing you to feel stuck and address the roots of these issues as opposed to just the symptoms. My therapeutic style is authentic and warm. With compassion and a sense of humor, I strive to create a safe and supportive enviroment. Healing happens through authentic connection so finding a good fit between you and your therapist is essential.
