Introduction

It is my passion and privilege to work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events. Whether stemming from childhood trauma, abuse, betrayal, or significant life changes, this pain often manifests as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Even with our best efforts to make changes, these obstacles can feel difficult to overcome. Healing isn’t always linear. Some days feel harder than others—overwhelming and uncertain. These moments are part of being human, and you don't have to navigate them alone. I’m dedicated to helping you heal, replace harsh self-talk with self-compassion, and reconnect with the strength you already have. Together, we will explore and understand the deeper roots of your pain, rather than focusing solely on the symptoms. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD, and I also enjoy working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and OCD. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating evidence-based methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) My therapeutic style is authentic and warm. With compassion and a sense of humor, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Authentic connection is powerful—which is why finding the right therapist matters.
