Introduction

Often our complex systems get stuck in overdrive, meaning our fight, flight, freeze or fawn systems gets turned on by stress or trauma and cause us to react in ways (develop behaviors or patterns) that aren’t serving us well. Sometimes it can be hard to turn down the flame enough to be in a healthy state where we can respond to people and stressors in a healthy way. As an integrative therapist I work with clients to discover where they are in their journey, what forces have led them to this place, get in touch with their inner voice, and where they would like to go from here. We then collaborate to find the supports they need to unmask and move forward in alignment with their true self.
