Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in supporting young adults and adults with concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings to gain insight into what is influencing their experiences. At the core of my therapeutic approach is Humanistic Therapy, which emphasizes the cultivation of self-compassion, the enhancement of self-worth, and empowering individuals to actively participate in their own healing. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. I also use a trauma-informed care lens to consider the impact of relationships, family dynamics, and attachment styles on mental well-being. My approach is centered on the belief that every individual has the potential for healing and transformation. Whether navigating a challenging transition, addressing mental health concerns, or seeking reconnection with one’s authentic self, I am committed to working collaboratively to help you achieve a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment.
