Introduction

My name is Lindsey Sudduth, and I am a licensed clinical social worker that has been practicing individual psychotherapy for the past 17. My main focus is on working with young and middle-aged adults who struggle to find balance, meaning, and direction in their lives. I assist my clients in working through past issues that create barriers in their present. We all yearn for acceptance and a sense of belonging in this world. I assist clients in understanding how to develop a genuine sense of self and connection to others. My therapeutic approach is relationship-based, and I work with clients to identify and address their core issues and needs, guiding them toward self-fulfillment. I am also licensed to provide telehealth services in New York, California, Colorado, Washington State, Washington DC, Maryland, and Florida, to offer greater flexibility in treatment options. *I do not bill insurance, but I can provide statements that can be used for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
