I find myself to be a person that others feel comfortable speaking the truth to. I am fascinated to hear others' stories, and honored to listen. I set my sights on a brighter future, finding the silver lining in the overwhelming complexities that life can bring. My style of counseling utilizes a person-centered approach, empowering individuals to pursue meaningful and sustainable change. I use play therapy techniques with children, adolescents and families to help make the experience memorable and fun, while building relationships and opening up communication. I enjoy witnessing individuals use their strengths to guide them.
