I work with clients who have experienced trauma, loss or attachment issues. I use interventions that work with the mind & body so clients can learn to feel safer & more in control of how they respond to the world around them & interact in relationships. These interventions help people soothe difficult emotions, feel more comfortable in their bodies & reclaim their lives. My goal is to help you reduce negative symptoms & have the healthiest, happiest life possible. Whether you want to do a deep dive into your past or need some solutions for right now. I love helping clients heal pain & learn new strategies to thrive body mind & soul. I am EMDR certified & licensed as both a LMFT and LPCC. I have extensive experience in many different EMDR protocols so clients who did not respond to EMDR in the past may find relief with some of the protocols I offer, and I can provide EMDR online. I have completed coursework as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. I work with: depression, trauma (PTSD), CPTSD, anxiety, healing after narcissistic abuse, the emotional impact of chronic pain/illness, birth trauma, crime survivors, high conflict divorce, domestic violence, betrayal trauma, life transitions, child loss & grief.
