I have a deep passion for working alongside people from all walks of life, especially those navigating chronic illness, pain, and grief. I am a firm believer that we can build meaningful lives, even in the middle of “the now” and “the not-yet”. I am committed to being in your corner and providing support as you walk through this journey. I currently work with Missouri clients ages 14+ virtually via telehealth. I take a whole-person, evidence-based approach to therapy, utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and integrating other therapy approaches that best fit each client's needs. You matter and therapy should reflect your individual needs. You do not have to navigate life alone. I am here to walk beside you, to support you as you reclaim your story.
