Introduction

A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself. I would love to be the human who supports you throughout your healing journey. My approach to healing includes a holistic approach such as incorporating my learnings from Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, ACT, and Parts Work. I encourage clients to process at a slow and regulated pace, while learning how to befriend your whole body. This can look like shifting your attention to your body’s signals and expressions, while learning how to acknowledge and feel your emotions in the present moment. I often navigate present life stressors and life transitions, relationships, childhood experiences, conditioned beliefs, protective coping mechanisms, and learning about your values and authentic self. As a queer-identifying therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for all individuals. I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, understanding the unique challenges and experiences faced by our community. My practice is open to everyone, and I am committed to fostering an inclusive and safe environment where all humans can feel seen, heard, and valued. *If you reach out by email - please check your junk folder for a response.
