Lindsey Grela is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor, with an MA in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She has experience working in a domestic violence outreach center, a community health crisis center, an intensive outpatient treatment facility, and an inpatient hospital, in addition to outpatient private practice. As a part of her experience, she has worked with children and adults struggling with a variety of concerns, including, but not limited to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Abuse, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Grief, Relationship Concerns, and Personal Identity. She is EMDR Trained. Lindsey has also facilitated support groups with survivors of domestic violence and women in crisis on a variety of topics such as self-esteem, overcoming abuse, anger management, communication, problem-solving, coping skills, mental health education, and art therapy. She also leads a trauma support group at her local church. Lindsey is originally from Oklahoma but has lived in the DFW area since 2011. She currently lives in Frisco with her husband, daughters, and bonus son. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys reading, baking, crafting, volunteering, traveling, spending time with friends and family, attending church and watching Oklahoma State football.
