Introduction

I am a firm believer in connection and finding bravery through our vulnerabilities- I'm so glad you've found your way here. I approach therapy from a unique lens rooted in authenticity and genuineness. It is my goal to provide an environment that reflects the reality of the human experience as being intricate and complex, one that we can explore together free of shame and judgement. Whether this is holding space to be vulnerable or laugh at dark humor together- you will always feel accepted in my space. If you are seeking growth and resiliency, I am eager to encourage and push you to be the version of 'you' that you seek. My approach is person- centered and trauma informed. I believe adapting to an individual's needs requires the willingness to be fluid and eclectic. I utilize a combination of approaches such as EMDR, attachment theory, CBT, and person-centered interventions while working with clients. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults. I approach therapy from a humanistic standpoint, recognizing the importance of feeling seen and heard in a world that can appear harsh. I strive to deeply connect with clients, meeting them where they're at. Through working together, it will be my goal to remind you just how capable you are. I'm excited to hear from you and support you through your healing!
