I work with Individuals and Couples who struggle with a wide-range of complex emotional disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and self-identity/self-worth. I work with couples using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT) focusing on attachment and communication. I frequently use DBT, CBT, and EMDR for trauma work. I'm open-minded and want to help you feel safe without judgement. I will listen to you about what you know about yourself and what your individual needs are. I also try hard to balance giving you a voice and challenging you at the same time. I have worked in various mental health settings: a behavioral hospital and an inpatient adolescent RTC, where I provided individual and marriage counseling. I have worked with men and women to develop skills to increase self worth and stress management. I have attended and continue to participate in trainings and collaborating with other therapists. I help you develop self awareness and skill for what's going on underneath the patterns of behaviors that impact you now.
