I have 10+ years experience. I specialize in working with individuals and focusing depression, anxiety, trauma work and self-worth/self esteem struggles. I frequently use DBT, CBT, and EMDR for trauma work. I specialize in working with couples using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFCT) focusing on attachment and communication. My favorite work is helping partners understand each other and create lasting secure connection. I specialize in working with ADHD. I do not focus on only skills and executive functioning skills.I can offer coaching with those, but I mainly like to focus and helping you understand the emotional inner world of having ADHD. I help with understanding the struggles with relationships and social interactions with others. I have spent time working with couples and families to understand ADHD. I'm open-minded and want to help you feel safe without judgement. I will listen to you about what you know about yourself and what your individual needs are. I will give you to balance in giving you a voice and challenging you at the same time. My goal is to dive deeper and give you the ability to develop self awareness and skills for what's going on underneath the patterns of behaviors that impact you now. Most people have tried many coping skills, but what is it that that keeps you stuck from using them? I work to identify triggers from pain and deep wounds you have experienced and move towards healing them.
