Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or “off"? Are your emotions confusing to you? Do you struggle to commit to habits or make changes in your life? Perhaps you are experiencing challenges in your relationships with others. Maybe you don’t have a great relationship with yourself. If you want to make better sense of your emotions, relationships, yourself, or your past, therapy is a great place to start! I see many people come to their first appointment feeling one or all of the things listed above. I am here to tell you that you don’t have to “figure it out” all on your own. I aim to bring compassion, empathy, and playfulness into all of my sessions — as I believe it is under these circumstances that people can learn, heal, and grow. My therapy style is person-centered and trauma-informed. This means that I accept every person just as they are. I view you as the expert of your emotions, experiences, and your own healing journey. Although you might come into your first session feeling confused, lost, or low, I hope that you leave feeling welcomed, heard, and at home in your own mind and body. Please reach out if you think that I might be a good fit for you!
