Life is hard. Have you ever felt that the demands of the day are too heavy? I understand that journey personally. You have to keep up. You have to keep going, but the dread... The fake smile. The held back tears. It feels like an eternity of wondering when you'll feel the light again. "It's hopeless. I am not meant to have a good life. I don't deserve it anyway." You need to feel better but do not know how. I have walked this journey. I have walked this path, and through my own healing, I don't believe anyone should suffer alone. I am here to give an empathetic ear to help and come along beside you on your journey to healing. I have multiple years of counseling experience in a variety of settings. I have counseled individuals in the college setting, adults who are both incarcerated and reentering into society, individuals in need of family counseling, and assisted therapeutically with adults and youth in Kenya, Africa. I was born in Silver City, New Mexico. I was raised and currently live in Ozark, Missouri with my three children. I have been married 24 years to my High School sweetheart. I also work as an adjunct professor at Ozark Technical Community College. I have a passion to help others with an aim to not to judge or fix but to accompany and guide you on your journey to healing.
