Introduction

I’m a queer therapist who is passionate about supporting the mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent communities. I specialize in helping LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks (especially AFAB folks, youth, college students, and moms) unmask, heal from burnout, process grief, set boundaries, and explore their identity with compassion. Using tools like IFS, inner child work, ACT, and interpersonal therapy, I provide a safe, affirming, and authentic space for self-discovery and deep personal growth.
