About Lindsey I use an integrative approach in my practice where I combine different therapeutic approaches and tools to best fit the needs of my clients. I am trained to competently provide the following modalities: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego State, IFS, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. My personality comes through my work by boundless optimism in human nature, sense of humor, motivation to connect with others in a meaningful way, and a calling to guide people on their healing journey. I am a nerd that loves research and statistics, so I look to the experts to find what has been proven to work the best. About Becca: I am currently serving as an intern counselor while pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand View University. My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness, bridging the connection between body and mind. Drawing from my background in client-focused, relationship-building business and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness, I adopt a holistic approach to well-being. I work with individuals 16 years+ facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing. I am especially passionate about empowering women through life transitions, helping them uncover their authentic selves and confidently affirm their own voices. Together, we cultivate a deeper inner awareness that fosters lasting healing and personal growth. About Dana: I am a counseling student intern currently working on my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand View University. My theoretical approach to therapy combines neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to find the interventions that best fit each person’s needs. My style of direct communication tempered with humor allows me to compassionately challenge clients without being confrontational to prevent stagnation in the counseling relationship. I enjoy helping people make the connections that will move them in the direction that they want to grow. I work with individuals 21 and over and specialize in boundary setting, difficult in-law relationships, perfectionism, and anxiety. My counseling passion is teaching people how to be kinder to themselves and how to accept themselves for their inherent value as human beings.
