Lindsey holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Neuroscience, and a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Health Research. She also identifies as neurodivergent, bringing a personal understanding and unique perspective to her work. Her extensive background includes studying the neurological impacts of childhood behaviors such as anxiety, ADHD, and aggression, as well as contributing to groundbreaking research on brain function through the Human Connectome Project, psychopharmacology, circadian rhythm, the neurological effects of childhood sexual abuse, the neurological differences of readers, etc. With specialized training in parent-child communication therapy and a deep understanding of the intersection between psychology and neuroscience, Lindsey offers coaching and therapeutic services that empower families and individuals to foster healthier relationships and achieve personal growth. Lindsey lives in Juneau, AK with her partner, their two dogs, and their cat. Her son is currently in college in the Midwest. He will be a second-generation graduate. In her spare time she loves to hike, camp, extend personal knowledge, travel, sew, garden, watch animals in their natural environment, meditate, cold dip, sauna, lift weights, read/listen to audiobooks, dance, etc.
