Introduction

Lindsey Barlow is a licensed therapist in Colorado who is experienced in treating adults. She believes in meeting the client where they are and taking a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Lindsey is also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Hello! My name is Lindsey. I am an experienced therapist dedicated to meeting you where you are. I enjoy helping you find your innermost wants and needs. My approach to counseling is to provide a safe, supportive, and honest space to allow you to discover the answers within yourself. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, and grief, among other disorders. I have mainly worked in community mental health, seeing a wide variety of clients and I am EMDR trained. Some of the practices I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I do not believe therapy is a one size fits all. I believe you are your own unique individual and your therapy experience will be unique to you as well. Let’s work together to help you find your unique path!
