Introduction

Maybe you have been struggling to feel fulfilled in your relationships, or you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, illness, or loss. You may be having worries or fears such as "Will I ever feel better" or "How can I make it through this challenge". My clients describe my personality as warm, compassionate, and honest. I have a gentle yet direct approach, and will help provide support and accountability as you work toward your goals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have experience using a variety of evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stressful life changes, postpartum depression & anxiety, coping with serious illness, and grief counseling. My services are provided via telehealth only, which allows you to access therapy without having to take extra time away to travel to and from an office. All sessions are provided using a secure private video chat.
