Lindsay graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago in 2011. She pursued the field of mental health knowing she wanted to make a difference. Lindsay has over a decade in personal and clinical experience, giving her the ability to connect with clients in a way that make them feel understood. Lindsay works with teenagers, adults, and families. She takes a holistic approach that encompasses mind, body and spirit. Lindsay challenges clients while also being support and empathetic. She works with you on breaking negative cycles so you can achieve your goals. Lindsay helps clients learn how trauma impacts who we are, and the importance of healing. She provides direct feedback and will work with you on changing self-destructive behaviors. This paves the path for self-actualization and healthy relationships. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her daughters, husband, and their puppy Dottie. Her favorite hobbies are hiking, camping, creating art, and traveling.
