Introduction

My goal is to provide individuals a safe space for exploring and self-discovery in order to heal and promote self-growth. My professional background includes experience as a clinical supervisor, program manager and independent mental health practitioner. I have practiced mental health in various organizational settings including the following: community mental health, integrated behavioral health, children's advocacy center, outpatient clinic setting, residential/day treatment setting, and private practice setting. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have a broad range of expertise and experience working with individuals across all ages of the lifespan. My areas of treatment specialty include childhood trauma, women's challenges, anxiety, life transitions and adjustments, military life and relationships and working with adolescents and young adults.
