My professional experience includes a variety of trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, perfectionism, adverse religious experiences and spiritual issues, the music business and touring life, body image and disordered eating, and grief and loss. I approach therapy from an integrated and holistic perspective, considering the full human experience. I view emotional and relational distress through a lens of authenticity, self compassion, personal values and boundaries, past experiences, nervous system state, and social context. I am also trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR for trauma work. Whether you are hurting, confused, overwhelmed, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone.
