Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) and I specialize in couples and relational therapy. I studied Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University, and much of my post-graduate training is centered on helping couples navigate emotional regulation, conflict, and intimacy issues. I specialize in working with a wide range of relationship structures and welcome all identities and lived experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology to help clients slow down, deescalate conflict, and cultivate emotional safety. Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help you build more joyful relationships with your self and loved ones.
