Throughout my graduate career and post clinical work, I have predominantly focused on understanding the impacts that trauma and stress can have on our well being. I have extensive training and certifications in a variety of therapeutic models including Mindfulness, CBT, DBT and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am also a certified yoga teacher and greatly value a holistic approach to wellness. I provide a supportive and empowering environment, free of judgement and shame so that you can grow freely within yourself, setting the desired goals you may have for your life.
