I welcome clients to a warm and supportive space where insight and development of skills are fostered to cultivate and enhance positive change. I emphasize the importance of developing a trusting therapeutic alliance tailored to you and your needs as an individual. I believe therapy is an ongoing journey of exploration and self-discovery. Through our work together, I will support you in navigating life's challenges with courage on the road to growth and happiness. I specialize in working with young-mid age adults, adolescents and children. My experience includes working with individuals with developmental & intellectual challenges, mood and anxiety disorders.
