Introduction

Hello! I am Lindsay, and I am a licensed counselor in Idaho and Washington. I have been working since 2012 with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have specific training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), although I may use other modalities as needed based on your needs. I enjoy helping people reach their goals by providing a supportive and safe space to heal and grow. I also provide Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments / Mental Health Evaluations for court purposes, and for professionals I offer clinical supervision, business consultation, and Continuing Education.
