I specialize in helping teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions (ie: graduations, school refusal, losses of relationships, jobs, divorce), daily stress, stages of parenthood (ie: mom guilt, rediscovery of self) and self-care. My client centered approach includes kindness, laughter, solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques in my psychodynamic sessions.
