Introduction

Hello there, I am so glad to see you reaching out! Before I get to know you, I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. I have a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology practicing in the State of Michigan with over 10 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I primarily use a blend of psychotherapy and coping skills providing you an opportunity to experience a noticeable shift in your life. I typically work with individuals who are open to going within themselves for the answers. Laying everything out in front of you gives you the ability to see a different perspective and decide what is and isn't working for you. This can be an opportunity to take a step back and look at things from a different perspective. I believe everyone on the planet can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. We all have things we can work on, life lessons we are learning, and growing pains that coming along with. It can be beneficial to work with a therapist who provides a mirror for you to see the improvements needed. I provide a comfortable environment for you to be your authentic self as you explore your inner and outer world. Your inner world provides a direct impact on your outer world so when you start making changes within it shifts your reality. Most of my clients see a gradual relief from symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I believe it's important for clients to find the right clinician for them. Reach out if you feel I may be a good fit for you and let's find out!
