Introduction

Have you ever felt the feeling where your heart takes a deep breath, feeling entirely secure and at rest in the presence of someone you can be totally authentic with, and they see the good in you, unconditionally? I have, and it changed everything for me. I have made it my mission to be that for my clients. Perhaps you are trying to make sense of your big emotions, relationship problems, or unhelpful coping strategies such as an eating disorder, and you are seeking support in how to change. I help clients explore beyond the surface of their behaviors and get to the root of where they originate. Then, we work on healing, together. I'm experienced working with: adults, young adults, children and teens. I have served clients working through struggles including: eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship & marital issues, emotion regulation, codependency, bullying, parenting concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, body image, and self-esteem. I have specialty training in Family Based Treatment My clients say I am "different" from other therapists. I like to believe that a major quality that sets me apart is my passion for making you feel seen, known, and accepted, unconditionally. I'm professionally personal in my approach, and you will know from the beginning that I am in your corner, rooting for your healing and growth. Let's heal, together.
