Introduction

Hello, I am a Latina, licensed neurodivergent therapist with 14 yrs experience working in areas of trauma, PTSD, and life transitions.. I provide a Holistic Approach in which you bring in your own cultural values and belief systems as this is your healing journey. I grew up seeing my mother use her indigenous healing methods on us. As a result I believe in mind body connection. Times are changing and we are changing, so therapy needs to be flexible to meet our clients need. people. Therapy is not one size fits all, it is a unique experience in which you decide what works for you. I serve as witness to your growth. I do use CBT for those who prefer traditional talk therapy. With the little ones I provide virtual play therapy. Although I am not a registered art therapist I do integrate expressive arts into my sessions. Sand tray is another option, currently it is virtual app. I have extensive experience using it with adults and children. The client creates a tray in therapy this allows them to recreate their own world. The tray acts as a reflection of the client’s own life and allows them the opportunity to resolve conflicts, remove barriers, and to connect to their inner self.
