As the child of immigrants and from a bi-cultural background, I offer a unique perspective on life and mental health. I believe that mental health is crucial to overall health and well-being; however, I recognize that not everyone has equitable access, privilege, or views about mental health. Therefore, I am committed to bridging this gap and combating mental health stigma. Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I aim to provide services to BIPOC and marginalized communities. I aim to create a collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental safe space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and uplifted throughout their therapeutic journey toward self-healing. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am also open to brief consultations to determine if I would be a good fit for you.
