Introduction

My passion as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to meet people where they are in their lives and try to help them make sense of it. Let's face it, life can be a mess sometimes. One moment, life can be happy, upbeat, positive, balanced. The next moment, you may feel your sinking in a never-ending quicksand or feeling knocked over by a rogue wave of emotions and problems feeling too great to solve. We all are unique individuals with a wide range of experiences, both positive and negative. Flexibility and adaptability are how I work to adjust as a Therapist to help find a treatment plan and other strategies for clients. I believe every individual no matter the background or the life experience should be able to have the same quality of treatment to help them figure out the tools they need to thrive in their life. I have worked in a variety of settings from residential hospitals, community-based services, to outpatient services serving individuals, families, and couples. There is no such thing as a problem too big or too small as we all need someone to listen and be present with us at times when things are feeling hard. Taking the first step to reaching out for help and support is hard. Together we can work through the issues together. I believe in you! I would love to work with you if you give me the opportunity.
