Introduction

So having a baby has turned out way more difficult than you thought. It took a while to get pregnant, the pregnancy itself was difficult, and don't get me started on the delivery. Now the baby is here and you are being bombarded with messages of what you should be doing better as a mother. It's overwhelming, exhausting, isolating, and disheartening. I am here to help you reconnect with your body, your child, and your identity as a woman. My approach is gentle and collaborative. You won't be told what to do by me; I know you've got plenty of people already doing that. Instead, I focus on supporting you in finding your own personal path to motherhood. There is no single right way to be a mother and together we can find the way that works best for you and your growing family.
