Introduction

Hello, I am pleased that you are exploring the possibility of working with me. I believe it is important to find the right therapist with whom you feel safe and confident that you'll be able to achieve your goals. I have been in practice for over 35 years and have extensive experience with a variety of concerns and questions that bring people to therapy. I have expertise in working with couples, individuals, and families and have particular expertise in understanding hormonal disorders (physical) and the powerful effects the endocrine system has on cognitive, mental, and emotional functioning and therefore our functioning in personal and professional relationships. Any serious and/or chronic illness can have a profound impact not only on our bodies but overall quality of life. I worked with young children and their families for most of my career but feel this is better now done by younger professionals, but now enjoy assisting parents and caregivers in the challenges of parenting.
