Introduction

I always aim to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for my clients who come in for a variety of reasons. If you are seeking support and a deeper understanding of yourself, I can certainly guide you on your journey to a healthier and fuller life. I provide individual and group counseling services and value working with people of diverse backgrounds. I earned my Ph.D. from Tennessee State University’s Counseling Psychology program (APA-accredited). My experience includes providing both brief and long-term individual therapy as well as various forms of group therapy. While I have clinical training in working with adults, adolescents, and children, I am particularly energized by working with people who are experiencing new life challenges or exploring their identities (e.g., gender identity, sexual identity, cultural).
