Introduction

I am a vibrant, mature older woman who has been an LMFT for 30 plus years and received my doctorate in psychology along the way. I am an optimistic and positive clinician and am drawn towards helping women , men, and couples develop their own unique journey and potential in life. It can be a challenging and is an an adventurous road beginning to learn to trust in in me and then yourself, develop positive beliefs, all the while creating safety, happiness and joy in your life and in yourself. I am both interactive and conversational which lends itself to comfort and safety which then allows trust in the therapeutic process itself…..I do not shy away from expressing my own thoughts, feelings and vulnerability in helping you when it is appropriate in realizing your goals. My approach is eclectic and allows for an extraordinary connection between us to develop. I am passionate about my work with clients……you become part of my heart.
