We can meet in my Lexington office, or you can experience nature-based sessions outside in the peaceful setting of a private horse farm. Equine- and canine-assisted sessions are available as well. Whether we meet in town or on the farm, all sessions are designed to restore hope, foster insight, deepen coping skills, and help you tap into your strengths.
