I am passionate about healthy relationships & providing therapy to individuals, couples & families to support clients in recognizing the beauty of honoring the self within the relationships we hold, & how to work together as a team when your individual experiences meet in challenging ways. Rooted in Narrative Therapy, I recognize everyones' experiences are unique. I will support you to find your strengths & explore your challenges in a nonjudgmental approach to encourage you to write the narrative that best serves your truth & your life. Understanding how our minds work for/against us is just as important as the breaths & steps we take daily. The narratives we build with ourselves & each other can be weaved through our choice of language to create bridges of meaningful understanding and I will challenge you to grow.
