My goal is for you to walk away feeling deeply seen and understood, with new insights to apply to your everyday life outside of therapy. Together, we can identify and work through issues and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We will work to reduce the distress you are feeling, so you can be present and engaged as the best version of you.
