Introduction

Now, more than ever, we seem to be striving to feel more connected, to have more ease and balance in our lives, to have it figured out by now, to know what to do. Yet, striving, pushing, and working harder often lead us further from all that we are truly seeking in life. Whether you have been on a healing journey for many years or this is your first time considering therapy, I am honored to be part of your process. I work to help build a sense of inner support and use a mindful, relational approach in helping you resolve chronic patterns of stress. There is no one size fits all approach and I look forward to getting to know you and discussing how I can best support you at this time.
