Hello! My name is Lily and I specialize in working with adults who are curious about whether they may be impacted by ADHD or Autism. I provide diagnostic evaluations for ADHD and Autism. My evaluation work centers on utilizing therapeutic assessment techniques to gain diagnostic clarity. I specialize in assessing adults. In individual psychotherapy, I help individuals improve executive functioning, build self compassion, and better understand your own strengths. I use Cultural Relational Theory to understand how our many identities impact the way we move through the world. I would love to meet you and learn how I can support you! I am passionate about the neurodiversity movement, and believe that ADHD and Autism are not conditions to treat, but mismatches between the nervous system and the world. I celebrate the strengths that being neurodivergent brings, and work with clients to build strategies to care for themselves. I completed my PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver, and I did my doctoral internship and post doctoral fellowship at the University of California, Santa Barbara Counseling and Psychological Services Department. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
