Introduction

Hey all! I am currently accepting clients ages 13+ for individual counseling and/or family therapy. I tend to have a more relaxed attitude in counseling as I want you to feel like you are talking to an actual person. Not saying I'm going to come in and use sessions to talk about myself, but I may share my information as a way of building a connection. I have my own mental health diagnoses, and if we can use my experiences as a way to help you along, awesome!
