I work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image concerns, grief, stress, and burnout. Before I became a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as a professional musical theatre actor and director in New York City, which taught me the importance of exploring emotions, making creative connections, and listening with openness and curiosity. Now as a professional counselor, I utilize these skills to help people tap into their emotions and examine their own life stories to create meaningful, lasting change. I utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy to encourage you to question the stories you tell yourself so that we can illuminate the most empowered, creative, and purpose-driven aspects of who you are. Whether you’re looking for a space to sort through unexplored issues, or you’re just wondering if the things you’re hearing on #therapytok apply to you, we can work together towards the life of meaning and value that you deserve. I look forward to connecting with you!
