Introduction

I have been in private practice for over 20 years, and being a psychotherapist is my life's work and passion. I love helping people deal with issues that may block them from being themselves and living their desired life. I work with anxiety, depressive disorders, and eating disorders. I am also trained in EMDR for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with a range of populations, from children to seniors. I also treat families and couples in my practice. I, too, have a group practice with Therapists that use the same approach and modalities. I would love to meet to see if my style of therapy or any of my endorsed therapists is a good fit for you.
