Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, career transition, life transitions, communicating with others, or wanting to reduce and manage stress, improve personal relationships, or grief? In our work, you will gain insight into the patterns in your life, set boundaries with yourself and others, learn and identify healthy coping skills. We will work towards identifying the root cause of your difficulties and find ways to heal and to regain control of your life. I honor and celebrate the uniqueness of my patients. My approach is a combination of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral, DBT, solution- focused, mindfulness techniques, and holistic healing. I am sensitive to issues of faith and spirituality, and at your request am willing to incorporate spirituality into treatment. Therapy will open the door to self-exploration, awareness, and growth. You will find healing, strength, and reclaim your power back by addressing the many issues in your life. It would be my pleasure to support you through your journey.
