Here’s a little about who I am, what I offer, and how we might work together. Healing is not about erasing the past; it’s about transforming how it lives in you now. If you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with trauma or grief, or feeling disconnected from who you used to be, I want you to know this: you’re not broken. You’re becoming. And you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Lichen Counseling, I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where we don’t just process pain; we work together to give it purpose. We’ll collaborate to unhook from stories that no longer serve you, reconnect to your body and truth, and build a foundation for the life you actually want. Why “Lichen”? Lichen is one of nature’s most resilient organisms; able to grow in even the harshest conditions. But it doesn’t do it alone. It survives and thrives through interdependence - a powerful partnership that fosters growth and regeneration. I believe healing works the same way. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. Therapy is a place to be seen, supported, and reminded of your own inner wisdom. Just like lichen, you are strong, adaptable, and capable of thriving—not in isolation, but in connection.
