Introduction

I'm Libby, a licensed Psychotherapist in Wisconsin and Texas, committed to guiding individuals on their path to mental wellness. I offer compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on anxiety, depression, and family trauma. As a Black female therapist, I understand the stigma surrounding mental health in Black and Brown communities, shaped by cultural representation and the fear of sharing personal stories. The biggest challenge is SILENCE! Many people suffer in isolation, continuing unhealthy generational patterns. My mission is to break these cycles by fostering a supportive environment for healing. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered methods, family systems, and narrative therapy. I aim to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and the effects of family trauma, providing understanding, support, and guidance as we navigate these challenges together. I am passionate about helping my clients heal from past traumas and other challenges that may interfere with their ability to form deep healthy relationships. I work to provide a safe and confidential space for you to speak openly about your challenges, to find clarity, and gain insight to make informed choices for a healthy future.
