Libby is a seasoned mental health clinician, working in this field in a variety of community settings for more than 30 years. Libby received both her Masters of Clinical Psychology and later her Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology. She comes to us with years of diverse social work and therapeutic experience, especially with those who experience co-morbid conditions, life threatening conditions, and traumatic childhood and adult life-experiences. She delivers therapeutic services to all ages 18+ to seniors, specializing in co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use disorders). She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, providing a strong foundation of unconditional positive regard with all clients and families she serves addressing depression, anxiety, family and peer-conflicts, grief and loss, life-transitions and relationship stress. She has a special interest in the correlations between mental illnesses and substance use, as well as adverse childhood experiences and the ongoing impacts of those challenges throughout adulthood.
