Hi, I’m Lianna Falcon, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with women and couples who carry more than anyone realizes. You might be the one everyone turns to, the one holding it all together while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you have spent so long caring for others that your own needs have faded into the background. You might also be holding cultural or societal expectations that no longer feel like your own. When the weight of it all begins to show up in your body, through fatigue, illness, or tension, it can feel lonely. Therapy gives you a space to breathe, to be seen, and to feel supported. In our work together, we move gently and at your pace. We may explore the parts of you that have learned to protect, perform, or push through, and begin to build compassion for your younger self, your present self, and the version of you beginning to ask for more. I also bring in somatic tools to help you reconnect with your body, especially if it has felt like something you have had to battle. With couples, I create a space where both people feel heard, where we can work through disconnection and return to empathy and understanding. You do not have to be in crisis to reach out. If any part of this feels familiar, I would love to connect.
