I believe that the most important ingredient for growth is an open, trusting, healthy therapeutic relationship. Therapy that combines compassion, support, and insight can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, others, and your relationships. We are all interpreting our worlds from a unique perspective that has been shaped over time through our life experiences. Exploring these events in a non-judgmental environment is key to finding peace and fulfillment. I am committed to creating a safe therapeutic space using evidence-based counseling techniques to help my clients work towards change, growth, and self-discovery. I have experience working with teens and adults to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships and interpersonal issues in a supportive and compassionate environment. Each individual experience is different, so I work collaboratively with my clients and tailor my approach based on specific needs. I incorporate person-centered, psychodynamic, relational and CBT techniques as well as trauma-informed care and mindfulness in my integrative approach. I value the belief of seeing a person as a whole, not just a symptom or disorder, and emphasize wellness to help my clients flourish, empower themselves, create healthy habits, and navigate life transitions.
